Indiana Constructors Leadership Institute is a comprehensive program desired to upskill the next generation of leaders in the construction industry. Two members of our Milestone team, Meredith Hughes and Josh Burris are Class 2023 attendees and graduates of this program. Throughout their time they have had countless opportunities to network, learn and develop as professionals in our industry. Such as a Thursday afternoon sit in to learn, listen, and ask questions to senior INDOT staff. Just recently, ICLI Class of 2023 had the opportunity to visit the Indianapolis Traffic Management Center to learn from industry experts. There they were able to gain valuable insights into union contracting, received behind-the-scenes tour of the facilities, and became CPR and first aid certified. By equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed as leaders, ICLI is helping to benefit them and the industry as a whole. This is just the start of this years program, with many more activities planned.

We are proud of Josh and Meredith for taking the initiative to better themselves, we look forward to the knowledge they will bring back to the Milestone team this year!

ICLI recently featured Josh Burris on their social media page, check out the post here:
