In 2020, Chad Ryle reached this significant milestone. Supervising 100,000 injury free labor hours is a remarkable achievement. This number means Zero Recordable spanning 12 years running or more than 4,500 calendar days. Chad has achieved this with a mindset where preparation to perform work safely is a foundational value and his intentional focus on development of his employees is second to none.
