In 2020, Chad Ryle reached this significant milestone. Supervising 100,000 injury free labor hours is a remarkable achievement. This number means Zero Recordable spanning 12 years running or more than 4,500 calendar days. Chad has achieved this with a mindset where preparation to perform work safely is a foundational value and his intentional focus on development of his employees is second to none. Chad continues to set the bar for all of us and this recognition is well deserved. Keep up the great work!
